The CleanAHull™ Ultrasonic Antifouling Double employs cutting-edge transducer technology to offer superior protection against algae and barnacle growth. By emitting precise frequency bursts across a wide range, it effectively shields the hull from marine biofouling.
The ultrasonic sound waves create microscopic cavitation bubbles around the hull. When these bubbles implode, they disrupt single-cell organisms like algae, preventing their growth. This cavitation also provides a scrubbing effect, keeping the hull clean and disrupting the food chain needed for barnacles and other marine life.
This system is suitable for all hull materials except wood and fero-cement.
